A unique advantage of our approach is the way we have defined our choice clients to include both seniors and Baby Boomers/working professionals. The moving industry is highly seasonal. Diversification provides additional income streams and reduces the impact of seasonality. In addition, incorporating working professionals accomplishes two key marketing goals:

Life stage, not age-specific marketing. Market research overwhelmingly indicates that seniors do not want to purchase services that are sold to a specific age group; they prefer to purchase products and services that address a particular life stage, such as people who are downsizing. This is particularly true of younger seniors --- those 60-75. Adding working professionals to your client base enables young seniors to utilize your services without viewing themselves as “old”.

Boomers and beyond. Since many of the 35 million Baby Boomers have parents, aunts and uncles who may need our help, they represent opportunities for repeat business as well as additional referrals. Boomers who hire you for their own move are very likely to use your services when their parents need to downsize and move.
