Pack, Unpack and Resettle
We professionally pack all of your belongings, using digital photos and careful labeling so that they are placed appropriately in your new residence. Recreating the feel of your former home, we make your beds, set up your kitchen and connect electronics. When complete, every carton and piece of packing paper is removed.
Sale of Items
We arrange for the profitable sale of items that are not needed. We are happy to work with whatever approach you prefer for disposing of these items – buyout, auction, consignment or donations. We use reputable vendors known for reliability, integrity and expertise.
Coordinate Donations
We pack items for donation and coordinate pickup by local charities. A detailed donation list will be provided for your tax records, as well as IRS recommendations for value.

Economical Bulk Shredding
We put cartons in a secure, locked bin at our office and use a professional shredding service. Clients receive a certification of destruction once the service is completed.

Clean-outs
We leave your residence broom-swept and trash-free for turnover to new owners. We also can arrange for thorough house cleaning of both your new and former residence. |
